FORMS: Some forms have to be filled out prior to the listing appointment. We will email or fax these to sellers. DESCRIPTION: You can write your own if you prefer, but the maximum length for MLS is a total of 350 characters & spaces. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Listing Contract is good for ONE YEAR, but seller may cancel it at any time for any reason for no additional penalty fees.
